How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

These policies pertain to continental U.S. purchases only.

Defective merchandise purchased through the Reel Life online store may be returned at any time with or without a receipt. Just send Customer Support a message to the e-mail listed below and we will instruct you on the return of the defective merchandise.

If an item is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at the e-mail listed below.

Unwashed, unworn, and unused items purchased through the Reel life online store may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Items must without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and must not be a special order or a custom order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange. Definition of unwashed, unworn and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear, wash or damage in any way


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when possible.

Reel Life will refund shipping price for returned defective or incorrect orders upon receipt by the Reel Life Returns Department at the address below. Customer is responsible for shipping charges in all other instances.
